These Articles of Incorporation may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees. However, no amendment shall cause these Articles to become in conflict with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Corporation and Kentucky State University or any laws and regulations of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
