1. Then on Friday, October 9, 2015, at 10:47 AM, Dr. Stokes wrote Assistant Vice President Cribbs and gave him her cell phone number. Mr. Cribbs wrote her back at 10:57 AM and said he would call her back with “classroom recommendations.” Dr. Stokes responded at 11:16 AM, “So does this mean the student will be attending the class in the future?” Mr. Cribbs wrote back at 11:43 AM, “I will call you today on a recommendation going forward.” HE 14, pages 1 and 2. Vice President Cribbs apparently called Dr. Stokes that afternoon and told her MS had been informed not to return to her class the following week. HE 15.
  2. On Monday, October 12, 2015, Academic Counselor, Travis Haskins Sr. wrote Dr. Stokes as well as MS's other professors saying,
  3. MS is not to be permitted into your class until further notice, all assignments should be placed on black board and a copy of the assignment should be made available to me as well. I will be working with MS one-on-one for the rest of the week until I am instructed to do otherwise. It is very important that we take care of this today so that MS does not loose (sic) valuable instruction time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.
  4. HE 7, page 3.
  5. On that same Monday, October 12, 2015, Dr. Stokes wrote Mr. Haskins and said,

As far as MS's losing valuable class time, that is another issue. MS himself, along with CT and AR, has (sic) caused the other students, those who are not loud and disruptive, to lose valuable class time. I've never had students this disruptive. I cannot get them to be quiet and/or to stop walking into and out of class repeatedly. They are like a perfect storm of disrupters (sic).

Also, MS's first essay turned out to have been 100% copied word for word from three online sources....
