BACKGROUND: Kentucky State University leases space from the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Department for Facilities and Support Services for storage of KSU data processing equipment.

SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: The Memorandum of Agreement is only for the consideration of $750.00 for two (2) rack spaces. However, pursuant to provision X (10) of the memorandum, the agreement requires Board approval.
