III. Adoption of the Agenda
Chairperson Farris made an amendment to the Agenda, deleting item number VII (G)(1) (a) (ii), the contract for dining services.
MOTION by Regent Reynolds:
Move the Board to amend the Agenda and accept it as written. Seconded by Regent Harnice and passed without dissent.
