Supervised one graduate student of the Masters in Environmental Studies for research toward thesis Evaluation of drug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolates in Fresh Produce from Small and Limited-Resource Farms and from Four Retail Stores in Kentucky. Currently supervising research projects of two Master's thesis in various aspects of food safety, to include microbial safety of imported spices and microbial safety concerns pertaining to aquaponics methods of food production.
