FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: This action is revenue neutral as tenure and promotion was included as part of the 2018 – 2019 budget.

RECOMMENDATION: Given procedural irregularities in the tenure and promotion process, the President recommends that the Board consider granting all requests for tenure and promotion.
