BACKGROUND: The University employees 47 full-time staff members that currently receive compensation that is below the median cost of living.
SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: An increase to $15.00 per hour for the lowest paid staff members provides increases in morale, productivity, and is considered an investment for the University.
