Co-authored with a team of Specialists representing 7 universities and USDA representatives (University of Idaho – Marilyn Bishoff, team leader; Kentucky State University, University of Wyoming, South Dakota State Univ., Colorado State University, North Dakota State University, and USDA-CSREES). The extensive Curriculum includes: a program planning Guide; an educator guide including a script; PowerPoint presentation, Participant handouts and activities; evaluation tools and more.
