A. Commencing January 1, 2024 and annually thereafter, the Contract Price (excluding the component for Sodexo employee wages) shall be increased by the percentage increase in the Employment Cost Index - Benefits, Private Industry, All Workers, averaged for the prior twelve (12) month period. The adjustment for Sodexo employee wages shall be based on actual Sodexo performance rating increases.
