  5. TIMEFRAME: This MOU will continue through Dec. 31, 2023 unless amended or extended by members of the Collaborative.
  6. In order to preserve the integrity of the process, to the extent permitted by law, all Agencies agree that any official communication about this project must be approved by all Agencies and will be distributed.
  7. This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall constitute a duplicate original, but all counterparts together shall constitute a single agreement.
  8. IⅨ. Each of the persons signing below on behalf of any party hereby represents and warrants that s/he or it is signing with full and complete authority to bind the party on whose behalf of whom s/he or it is signing, to each and every term of this Agreement.

The Memorandum of Understanding and Attachment A is the complete agreement between:
