Closely bounded by an existing apartment block to the north, Deansgate to the south and east, Hulme Street to the south and Bridgewater viaduct to the west.
There is a ramp located to the northern boundary providing access to underground parking associated with the adjacent residential block to the north. The site can also be accessed off Deansgate at the southern corner.
