The purpose of this letter is to memorialize your recent appointment as the Interim Executive Vice President for Finance & Business Affairs and Chief of Staff. Please note that the appointment remains provisional until the Board of Regents formally approves your employment pursuant to Article II, Section 2(d) of The Gold Book.
The compensation for this appointment will be an annual salary of $225,000, paid monthly. In addition, you will continue to receive a monthly housing allowance in the amount of $2300.
