KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY: INSIGHTS ON INCLUSIVE INNOVATION
To increase KSU's contribution to the economic and social growth and development of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, it is essential that the university take steps to memorialize its commitment to serving an Inclusive Innovation Hub for Kentucky by establishing this initiative as the core objective of its long-term strategic pathway. This will require the development of a strategic roadmap that addresses the following questions:
What outcomes do we want KSU to deliver as part of Kentucky's innovation economy ten or more years from now?
What will need to change to fulfill this vision in the intermediate term?
To obtain the desired intermediate outcomes, what are the required short-term outcomes?
To deliver the short-term outcomes what are the required outputs?
To produce the needed outputs, what are the required programs and initiatives and inputs?
