By order of the Board of Regents, and pursuant to the provisions of KRS 164A.575(8), the Kentucky State University Land Grant Program’s Mobile Satellite Uplink cargo vehicle will be replaced with a more agile and fuel-efficient vehicle that will decrease the amount of fuel needed, reduce the costs incurred through travel, and allow for the production of high-definition videos in the field. Therefore, the surplus property should be disposed.
