By order of the Board of Regents, Douglas Allen shall be removed as an authorized signatory for the Kentucky State University Endowment (TD Ameritrade account ), and Kentucky State University’s Vice President of Finance and Administration, Dr. Gerald Shields, shall serve as the authorized signatory for Kentucky State University Endowment (TD Ameritrade account ).
