20) 466 – 472 Moss Lane EastCS Moss Lane East LimitedApplication Submitted Nov '22207Amber2026The scheme has the support of the University of Manchester (UoM). It would appear from the submitted assessments that Impacts (air quality, daylight and sunlight, noise, ecology and flood risk) are limited or negligible following identified mitigation (where necessary). The site contains a Grade II Listed Building which will be retained and a non-designated heritage asset that will be redeveloped. It is assessed in the application that the public benefits of the scheme will outweigh the harm that removal of the NDHAA will involve.
