During Quarter I, the Animal Care and Adoption Center impounded 437 animals. Of these, 148 were adopted, 19 were transferred to rescue partners, and 61 were returned to their owners, resulting in 52 of impounded animals being successfully placed this quarter.

A total of 152 spay and neuter procedures were completed as part of the City's ongoing efforts to reduce pet overpopulation and promote responsible animal care within the community. Additionally 128 animal spay and neuter vouchers were provided to our residents.
