During Quarter 1 of FY 26/27, a total of 1,315 service requests were submitted through the VictorvilleNow app, reflecting an increase in community-reported concerns compared to the previous quarter.

Requests continued to cover a range of Code Compliance issues, including homeless encampments, illegal dumping, parking concerns, and other neighborhood-related complaints. Staff remained focused on reviewing, routing, and responding to these requests in a timely manner while maintaining consistent service to the community.
