Quarter 1 Events

The Homeless Engagement Team partnered with Homeless Solutions, City Sanitation, Symba Outreach, Life Church, and community volunteers to clean up Old Town Victorville.

These Quarter 1 highlights reflect Code Compliance's continued focus on community partnerships, neighborhood revitalization, staff development, and coordinated field response. Through outreach events, improvement projects, and interdepartmental training, staff worked to strengthen service delivery and support a safer, more connected community.

Code Compliance, Animal Services, and PD conducted quarterly joint training focused on fireworks protocols, Animal Services updates, Point in Time Count coordination, radio etiquette, and officer safety to strengthen field communication and interdepartmental response.
