ACTION ITEM:
Approval of Protiviti Contract Expenditures
FACTS:
The University's contract with Protiviti Government Solutions terminated on December 31, 2024. Due to a continued need for audit support services, the University aims to enter into a new contract with Protiviti and extend the firm's services through April 15, 2025.
BUDGETARY IMPLICATIONS:
The anticipated total cost of the contract is $270,300.
Protiviti will provide up to five consultants, and their hourly rates will fall between $113.99 and $352.92.
RECOMMENDATION:
President Koffi C. Akakpo recommends that the Board of Regents approve the Protiviti contract expenditures.
MOTION:
Approve the Protiviti contract expenditures.
