Approval of Budget Increase for the McCullin Hall Renovation Project
The McCullin Hall Renovation Project was originally approved at the September 12, 2024, Board meeting.
The approved budget was $500,000.
The initial estimate only included window replacements.
The project's scope has now expanded to include:
Exterior repairs
Replacement of all doors
Major concrete, sidewalk, and walkway replacements
This request is for a budget increase of $1,500,000.
The additional $1,500,000 will be funded through the University's 2024–2026 state bond-funded asset preservation funds.
President Koffi C. Akakpo recommends that the Board of Regents approve the budget increase for the McCullin Hall Renovation Project.
