Approval of Leap Evaluation Consulting Contract Expenditures
In the summer of 2024, KSU was awarded its largest standalone grant of $7,000,000 by the National Science Foundation.
Pursuant to that grant, KSU will conduct a project titled “Driving AgTech Research and Education in Kentucky (DARE KY).”
An independent evaluator will need to perform an assessment of the project.
Leap Evaluation Consulting, LLC will track ongoing project activity and performance metrics, provide recommendations and feedback to project leads, and provide a comprehensive annual evaluation report.
The contract will be effective from February 2025 through September 2028.
KSU will pay Leap Evaluation Consulting a total of $259,255, or $64,813.75 per year.
This contract is entirely grant-funded.
