Magellan Learning Solutions, LLC, Personal Services Contract Amendment for FY2026
FACTS:
Magellan Learning Solutions, LLC, has been contracted by Kentucky State University to assist in the, “planning, development, and operation of fully online academic programs,” effective July 22, 2025. This is an amendment to the first contract dated July 1, 2024.
Terms
Effective Date: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
Renewal Option: One year upon written mutual agreement

Projected Expenses $7,698,104 (includes Sway Marketing $3,877,768 from separate contract)

Verbal agreement to ensure all expenses are within actual revenue generated during the fiscal year.
