CPE Policy on Tuition and Fees

After collaborating with stakeholders, CPE staff recommended and the Board approved the following fee ceilings for resident undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees through 2027.

• A maximum base rate increase of no more than $630 over two years, and a maximum increase of no more than $420 in any one year, for comprehensive universities.

Proposed Tuition and Fee Increases

For the 2025-2026 academic year, KSU elected to implement the maximum increase at $420. Therefore, the tuition for 2026-2027 cannot exceed $210.
