FACTS:

Sway Communications, LLC, has been contracted by Kentucky State University to provide, “comprehensive marketing, lead generation, and contact center follow-up services to support the University’s enrollment initiatives,” effective July 1, 2025. This is an amendment to the first contract dated July 1, 2024.

Terms

  • Effective Date: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
  • Renewal Option: One year upon written mutual agreement
  • Scope of Services and Deliverables – outlined in Schedule A
  • Marketing and Lead Generation Services
  • Lead Lifeline Contact Center Services
  • Cost – Schedule D - $3,877,768
