Sway Communications, LLC, Personal Services Contract Amendment for FY2026
FACTS:
Sway Communications, LLC, has been contracted by Kentucky State University to provide, “comprehensive marketing, lead generation, and contact center follow-up services to support the University’s enrollment initiatives,” effective July 1, 2025. This is an amendment to the first contract dated July 1, 2024.
Terms
Effective Date: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
Renewal Option: One year upon written mutual agreement
Scope of Services and Deliverables – outlined in Schedule A
Marketing and Lead Generation Services
Lead Lifeline Contact Center Services
Cost – Schedule D - $3,877,768
