I. Call To Order

The Committee’s Chair, Regent Herman Walston, EdD, called the meeting to order at 11:46 a.m.

II. Roll Call

The Board's Secretary, Zachary Atwell, called the roll:

Regent Herman Walston, EdD, Chair Present

Regent Charles Moyer, PhD, Co-Chair Present

Regent Edward Hatchett, Esq. Present

Regent Edward Fields Present

Regent Aury Rios-Alcantara Present

Five (5) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.

III. Approval of the Agenda

MOTION by Regent Fields:

Move the Committee to approve the agenda of the June 26, 2025, regular meeting of the Academic Affairs Committee.

Seconded by Regent Moyer and passed without dissent.

IV. Information Items

All information items were presented by Dr. Michael Dailey, Provost, who began by introducing the University's new Vice-Provost of Academic Affairs, Dr. Nyree McDonald.

A. Status of Online/Virtual Degree Programs

Dr. Dailey discussed the status of the online degree program, including enrollment.
