With respect to the residential subdivision cul-de-sac, we note that the new Jersey RSIS permits up to 24 single family homes to be constructed on a single point of access. Since 9 homes are proposed on the cul-de-sac, it complies with RSIS accessibility criteria. The Subdivision Plan details a 30-foot-wide roadway with parking permitted on both sides of the street in accordance with RSIS.
The proposed right-of-way of the proposed subdivision roadway is 50 feet in accordance with RSIS. Also, the right-of-way at the cul-de-sac bulb provides for a 50-foot radius also in compliance with RSIS.
It is concluded, based on the analysis set forth in this report, that the construction of 9 single family homes on the noted property will generate approximately 12 new AM peak street hour trips and 11 new PM peak street hour trips. The Subdivision Plan has been designed in accordance with New Jersey RSIS.
