Estimates of traffic to be generated by the single-family homes were made after consulting data published in the 12^{th} Edition of the ITE Trip Generation Manual and by reviewing research traffic counts conducted by MRA at an existing single-family home development in Jackson Township with similar characteristics to the single-family homes proposed for the subject property (counts conducted at the Royal Grove subdivision on CR 528). Based on the results of the research counts at Royal Grove, it was found that morning and afternoon peak hour traffic volumes generated by those homes were higher than rates suggested by ITE data. Specifically, the following peak hour traffic generation rates were observed at Royal Grove.
Based on the research data, the following Table illustrates the anticipated peak hour traffic generation for the subject property.
| AM PSH | PMPSH |
| IN | OUT | TOTAL | IN | OUT | TOTAL |
