All expenses were calculated conservatively, and the actual cost may vary based on the final design, operational philosophy, and programming considerations adopted by the facility.
The proposed staffing plan incorporates utilizing existing Millcreek Township employees to support the Community Center. Those positions are the existing Director of Parks & Recreation position and Parks & Recreation Clerk position.
