While swimming is a popular activity, B*K did not recommend an indoor aquatic facility. There is a need for this type of amenity within the market but because of the limitations of the type and size of pool that could be included with a retrofit of the facility combined with the construction cost, cost to operate and maintain a body of water, it is recommended an independent study be conducted in the future along with a potential capital campaign.
