===== PAGE 1 ===== # Helpful Tips for creating an account for online registration We hope you find our new registration software helpful and easy to use! There are a few tips we'd like to share prior to residents setting up an account regarding account information and gold card members: • To create, you will need the following information: - Name: Insert a First Name, Middle Name, Last Name - Use the drop-down to identify a Jr., Sr., or other hierarchical name types (I, II, etc) Date of Birth, Age Group: Insert a birthday or use the drop-down to identify a general age group (Youth, Adult, Senior) Please use a birth date in this section. Some of our programs are restricted by age (i.e. youth swimming), and gold card members need to put their birth date in to qualify for free/reduced classes. Address Line 1: User's addresses need to be entered very specifically for the system to recognize you as a Millcreek resident. Any variation from the information that was provided by county records will result in the system labeling your account as a non-resident account. Please read below on address information. • Zip/Postal Code, City/Municipality, State • Country Phone 1: Insert your primary phone number here. Please note: entering a cell phone number in this field is preferred. If you enter a cell phone number, you can receive text alerts regarding a program you enrolled in (ex: cancellation, time delay, location change, etc) Phone 2 Email address (optional): Entering an email address in this field will allow staff to email you regarding a program you enrolled in (ex: cancellation, time delay, location change, etc.) • To add family members to your account: - Click to add an account member, then go through the same steps as listed above and save. **Numbered Streets should be entered as: 38^{th}, 21^{st}, 22^{nd}, 33^{rd}. An example would be: 5555 W 38^{th} If you have problems with establishing your account, please contact the Parks and Rec office at 835-4122 and we will be happy to assist you. ## Gold Card Members: You will select the program/s you are interested in and add them to your cart. For those that are gold card members, your discount will be applied in the final steps of the check out process. You will proceed to check out when finished. There will be a total that shows as an amount you owe, but this will be satisfied at the last step of check out. Next you will answer any of the prompts associated with your activity. (ex: medical conditions, and liability waiver) In the final step of check out it will ask for a payment method and there will be a field where you can enter a coupon code. The coupon code for gold card members is: gold card member This code needs to be entered in all lowercase letters. This code will only work if you have entered your date of birth when setting up your account profile, as it is an age based membership. The coupon code can be applied for 3 activities.
