Total operating revenues were $43.5 million for the year ended June 30, 2023, as compared with $51.2 million in fiscal year 2022. The primary components of operating revenue were federal, state, and local grants and contracts of $27.65 million (63.6%), student tuition and fees (net of scholarships) of $7 million (16.1%), and auxiliary services and other revenues of $8.8 million (20.22%). Fiscal year 2023 net student tuition and fees revenue decreased by $9.7 million compared to fiscal year 2022. Fiscal year 2023 grants and contracts of $1.3 million compared to fiscal year 2022 due to an increase in state, local, and other grants. Fiscal year 2023 auxiliary services and other revenue increased by $684,246 compared to fiscal year 2022.
