An insurance file for the employee is established by OHR.
The OHR provides the premium deduction information to payroll for set up in the payroll system.
All coverages take effect the 1st of the month following the first 30 days of employment.
NOTE: Where an employee and his/her spouse are both University employees, the employer share is limited to twice (2x) the single amount.
