Translation and Evaluation of Transcripts
Note:
For degree(s) obtained outside of the United States, request the Registrar of the foreign institutions you obtained your degree(s) from to send your transcript(s) to an Evaluation and Translation Agency (e.g., World Educational Services (WES)).
Request the agency to send copies of the translated and evaluated transcripts directly to the Office of Graduate Studies at Kentucky State University.
As an alternative to requesting the foreign institutions you obtained your degree(s) from to send your transcript(s) directly to Kentucky State University, you can request an accredited international evaluation agency (e.g., WES) to send verified and certified copies of your original transcripts along with the transcript evaluation report directly to the Office of Graduate Studies at Kentucky State University. However, the University reserves
the right to ask you to request the Registrar of the foreign institutions to send original copies of your transcript(s) directly to the Office of Graduate Studies.
