These reports are typically filed after the completion of the annual financial audit. A standardized report to pull the requested data would be beneficial to ensure the criteria remain the same and prior year amounts can be validated as shown on the survey.

  • The university's representative will indicate when the Finance survey is open and provide updated login credentials.
  • Update the general information; the prior year data will prepopulate in most instances.
  • Run reports of financial data from reporting system (if applicable).
  • Update the financial information; the prior year amounts will display.
