POLICY STATEMENT:
Students and other spectators deserve to be safe when attending Kentucky State University events. This policy aims to increase the safety and security of Kentucky State University events by making it more difficult for individuals to conceal weapons, narcotics, and other illicit items.
APPROVED BAGS:
The University strongly encourages individuals to not bring any bags to KSU events. However, individuals are permitted to carry one (1) of the following bags into an event venue:
A bag made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that is clear and that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" (height x depth x width) in size. Such a bag may be a clear backpack, clear fanny pack, and any other clear bag that fits within the approved dimensions.
A gallon-sized clear food-storage bag (such as a Ziploc bag).
