Student Billing for Tuition and Fees

All student billing is posted through the accounting receivable system with input from the registration, financial aid, and auxiliary service systems. Before term billing can begin, all areas that affect billing must complete their processes – Registrar must complete registration for all returning and incoming students, Residence Life must assign housing to all on-campus students, Auxiliary Services must assign all meal plans, Financial Aid must award scholarships and other financial aid to students, parking and other student fees must be assessed by the respective areas. This manual does not include these steps which fall outside of the business office.
