Policy
KSU maintains adequate insurance against general liability, as well as coverage for property and casualty. The Finance Committee evaluates risk exposure and coverage annually as part of its risk management oversight responsibilities.
Procedure
As a guideline, KSU will consider the following types and levels of insurance as a minimum, either for themselves and/or their subgrantees or subcontractors in their risk management program:
Comprehensive liability
Directors and officers
Worker's compensation
Professional liability
