O Diligently pursued execution of the work and completed past contracts according to established schedules.
Services are desired as soon as possible after contract award. Upon acceptance of the Bid and issuance of an approved Purchase Order, the Contractor shall coordinate with the University to arrange a schedule of services and shall continue coordination at intervals set forth by the University. The University shall diligently endeavor to facilitate the Contractor's work by providing reasonable access to all work areas. The University shall facilitate the Contractor's Services program by providing access to the premises during both regular business hours and, as is necessary, at other times so that the Contractor can conduct both regular, scheduled performance and any special service(s). Further, the University shall assure the Contractor of the availability of off-loading and staging areas and other facilities required for the efficient performance of the work.
Prior to the beginning of the contract, the vendor will furnish Kentucky State University the Certificates of Insurance that show it has and will maintain all insurance protection (including products liability insurance) at the Offeror's expenses as set forth below. The Offeror agrees that required insurance shall not be cancelled or allowed to lapse during the term of any awarded contract without prior written notification to the University.
