The offeror shall propose amounts required as specified in Scope of Work Section 40.2, necessary to complete the following services:
Scope:
o Exterior painting of exterior surfaces of the Academic Services Building
(All exterior surfaces were pressure washed the week of May 1, 2024)
o Repair minor wall cracks, holes, and imperfections
Thorough cleaning and preparation of all surfaces
o Two-coat application of high-quality, low-VOC paint
o Masking and protection of non-painted surfaces
o Removal of all paint debris and thorough cleanup
o Protection of all lawn, landscape and hardscape that may be in the designated work area.

Contractor shall not be penalized for verifiable weather delays. Failure to complete project by quoted date may result in liquidated damages being assessed, at the rate of 1/2% of the total cost, per day after stated substantial completion date. Completion of minor punch list items shall not be counted as additional days.
