30.14 The University may undertake or award other contracts for additional or related work, services, supplies, or commodities, and the contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and University employees. The contractor shall not commit or permit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by University employees. Request clarification as funding proposed is dependent on exclusivity This provision is intended to preserve the University's ability to meet operational needs and does not, by itself, establish exclusivity. While the University does not anticipate conflicts arising from this clause, the contract does not preclude the University from engaging other contractors for related or additional work if needed. If a vendor is proposing an exclusive arrangement, such terms must be clearly and expressly stated in the vendor's proposal and will be evaluated accordingly.
