RESOLUTION NUMBER: 280R-22
WHEREAS, Acusa Liquor License 2, LLC has applied for a person to person transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 1511-33-025-003 from Jackson Spirits LLC (Hotel Unlimited), pocket status with a mailing address of 399 Monmouth Street, East Windsor, NJ, 08520 to Acusa Liquor License 2 LLC, 23 South Hope Chapel Road, Suite 302, Jackson, NJ, 08527 and the application for a person to person appears to be complete in all respects; and
WHEREAS, written consent to such transfer signed by the present holder of the license has been made and filed with the Township Clerk and the applicant has paid all necessary transfer fees to the Township; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted proof of publication as required by the rules and regulations of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control; and
WHEREAS, the source of funds for the purchase of the license has been disclosed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Division of Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Council of Jackson Township hereby formally authorizes the transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 1511-33-025-003 presently held by Jackson Spirits LLC (Hotel Unlimited) to Acusa Liquor License 2 LLC to be held in “pocket” status
This resolution shall become effective upon formal transfer of the Plenary Retail Consumption License by the Township Clerk.
That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Transfer is authorized with approval from the Jackson Township Police Department.
