WHEREAS, pursuant to the Faulkner Act, N.J.S.A. 40:69A-1 et seq., under the Mayor-Council Plan, the Township Council sets the salaries of the Office of the Township Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the salaries for the Office of the Township Clerk for CY 2022 shall be as set forth on the attached Schedule A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Council does hereby approve of the salaries for the Office of the Township Clerk for CY 2022, in accordance with the Salary Ordinance, as set forth on the attached Schedule A.
That a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to Administration, Personnel, Chief Financial Officer, Township Clerk and any other interested parties.
