Pursuant to a written request from your office and the developer, this office has conducted an inspection of the above-referenced site for the purpose of Safety & Stabilization guarantee release.

Per NJ MLUL 40:55D-53a(1)(d):

A municipality shall release a "safety and stabilization guarantee" upon the municipal engineer's determination that the development of the project site has reached a point that the improvements installed are adequate to avoid any potential threat to public safety.

Our findings indicate that the site has been constructed to a point where the improvements are adequate to avoid any potential threat to public safety. Accordingly, it is the recommendation of this office that the Safety & Stabilization Guarantee be released.
