Pursuant to a written request from your office and the developer, this office has conducted an inspection of the above-referenced site for the purpose of performance guarantee release. Our findings indicate that all the bonded items are installed and are acceptable and in general conformance with the approved plans.

Accordingly, it is the recommendation of this office that the ‘Performance Guarantee’ be released pending the posting of a 2-year maintenance bond in the amount of $35,820.00, which represents (15) fifteen percent of the original construction cost of bonded items in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law.
