• 5. The On-Call Constable System is a responsive system based upon a request from a municipal or state police agency requesting the assistance of a constable in service and execution of the warrant during the hours noted only and is not intended to allow for a constable, who may be called out during this time period, to perform other judicial service during time periods already excluded in this Manual.
