Description of Work

Residential renovation and addition consisting of the conversion of an existing attached carport into conditioned living space, including a new living room and bathroom. Work includes framing and enclosing the existing carport openings; installation of exterior walls, windows, doors, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, flooring, and associated structural modifications.

Construct a new front porch addition with required framing, foundation/supports, roofing, exterior finishes, stairs/steps, and associated components.

Interior alterations include construction of new stairs providing access to the second floor, modifications to existing walls and openings as required for the new floor plan, and related framing and finish work.

Project includes new and modified plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work necessary to serve the renovated areas and new bathroom, including fixtures, receptacles, lighting, heating/cooling, ventilation, and associated connections.
