In Re: Delinquency Costs
AND NOW, this 20th day of February, 2026, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Administrative Order 6 of 2022, entered July 6, 2022, is AMENDED, as follows:
In addition to the delinquency proceeding types identified in Administrative Order 6 of 2022, no fee or costs shall be assessed by the Adams County Clerk of Court for the filing of a motion to expunge, along with any related pleadings, records of proceedings where an adjudication of delinquency has occurred, subject to the eligibility requirements defined in 18 Pa.C.S.A. 9123.
The effective date of this amendment is March 4, 2026.
