5. Appear at the hearing at the scheduled date and time and be ready to show the Court that you've completed all the requirements.
6. If the Court approves your request and issues an Order to award you with ownership, you must follow the requirements outlined in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Fact Sheet to obtain a Certificate of Title.
